Legendary quarterback trainer, Quincy Avery is the developmental mastermind behind the fast growing training company - Quarterback Takeover and has set the course for many of the game’s best quarterbacks. Quincy’s QB philosophy triangulates on three foundations: mental, physical and confidence.
Shai Scott began quarterback development in 2016 with QBT which allowed him to develop from the ground up with QBT fundamentals. He developed his passion for coaching as a member of the inaugural football team at Reinhardt University where he developed his leadership skills and his understanding of the value of a great coach.
Brian Beasley has served on the QBT staff since 2016. Coach Beas served in the US Marine Corps for 4 years and since returning from duty has served as an offensive coordinator, state championship coach, and is currently on the Duluth High School coaching staff. Beas brings unmatched energy to each and every session and is a true asset to the QBT team.
Gavin Greene is our QB developmental coach based in Chattanooga, TN. He has recently joined the QBT family since our expansion in early 2022. Gavin played college football at Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, NC before transferring to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He currently coaches quarterbacks at Tyner Academy in Chattanooga, TN.
